The most cost-effective way, especially for solo travelers, to get from Dalaman Airport to Kas (and vice versa) is to take a shared shuttle directly between the two. I’ve used (based on local friends’ advice) Kaş Özgür Turizm. The journey takes about 3 hours, costs 800 TL, and ends at their office in the city center of Kas. Here is the shuttle schedule. Most convenient option, ideal for door-to-door service, groups, extra luggage, and travel late at night

A private shuttle is the most convenient and comfortable way to get from Dalaman Airport to Kas. Kaş Özgür Turizm provides private transfers to your hotel for 3500 TL, which I’ve also taken. You can make a reservation with them on WhatsApp. If you prefer booking on a site like Viator, where you can see client reviews and pay with a credit card, then this is your best option at ~6,500 TL or $160 for 1-3 people.
