Here’s how to get from Antalya Airport to Kas, Turkey (and vice versa). If you can fly into Dalaman Airport instead, that’s the easiest option and the closest airport to Kas. Public Transport (5-5.5 hours, 340 TL / 8 USD)
Cheapest option for travel between 6 AM to 8 PM and for those with limited luggage
If you land at terminal T2 (as many international flights do), you need to take the free airport shuttle to terminal T1 (or to the domestic terminal after it). The shuttle departs every 15 minutes and the route takes about 10 minutes (*see note below about operating hours). From T1 or the domestic terminal, take the tram from the airport to the main bus station (otogarı). The tram costs 15 TL and takes 45 minutes to reach the bus station. From the bus station, you take a 4-hour bus (you can find the departure times here) to Kas, which costs 325 TL. Buses to Kas generally run hourly from around 5 AM to 8 PM.
Private Transport (3-3.5 hours, 4500 TL / 110 USD)
Most convenient option, ideal for door-to-door service, groups, extra luggage, and travel late at night
A private shuttle is the most convenient and comfortable way to travel from Antalya Airport to Kas. The local company Kaş Özgür Turizm provides private transfers from the airport to your hotel in Kas for 4500 TL (cash only). I’ve used this company many times for different routes. You can make a reservation with them on WhatsApp. If you prefer booking on a site like GetYourGuide, where you can see client reviews and pay with a credit card, then this is your best option at 6750 TL (164 USD) for up to 5 people.
The tram cost from the airport to bus station (Octogar) has gone up. It is now 41 TL using my credit card.
